Family	A family is defined as a husband, a wife and all dependent children (full-time students) through the age of 22. At the time of registration, all the family members must be shown on the registration card, with complete information.	$100	$66.00
Single Parent Family	The Single Parent Family membership is for those persons who have become separated from their spouses because of death, divorce or legal separation and for those who are unwed parents with child custody.	$75	$50.00

*Each new member is charged a one-time fee when joing the Bradford Family YMCA. Those who allow their membership to lapse for more than 30 days, except for a medical reason, are classified as new members and are therefore subject to pay the Joiner Fee upon enrollment.

Memberships are inclusive of both the Olean & Bradford YMCA Branches.

SCHOLARSHIPS

At the Bradford Family YMCA, individuals will not be turned away due to their inability to pay program and membership fees. The YMCA maintains a generous scholarship program for youth, adults, and families who demonstrate financial need. Funding for the program is provided by the YMCA's Annual Strong Kids Campaign and private individuals and foundations. Applications are available at the Front Desk and must be completed entirely. Interviews are scheduled and conducted confidentially.

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT POLICY

• Full Annual Dues--payment by cash, check, money order or credit card (MasterCard or VISA).
• Bank Draft--a system of automatic monthly payments. The first month’s payment must be made upon enrollment. Subsequent payments are drafted from your checking account on either the first or fifteenth of the month. Membership is continuous.

MEMBERSHIP LENGTH

All memberships at the Bradford YMCA are based on an annual and continuous basis (with the exception of the short-term membership). Bank draft memberships are continuous until written notice is given to the YMCA 30 days prior to termination. Those who make full payment at the time of joining will receive a renewal reminder one month preceding expiration of an existing membership plan.

MEMBERSHIP REFUND/CREDIT POLICY

YMCA memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Members who are on the bank draft payment program need to notify the YMCA as soon as they learn of their impending move. A written notice must be given 30 days prior to membership termination.

GUEST POLICY

Adult members are encouraged to introduce the YMCA to others. Each adult member may bring a maximum of two guests per visit, free of charge. Each guest must sign in at the front desk and is permitted three visits per year.

DAY MEMBERSHIPS

The general public may purchase a day membership which entitles them to use all of the Y's facilities for a period of two days. Adult: $10, Family: $15.
