Pre-schoolers ages 3-5
Tumble Bugs is a 30-minute movement education class for pre-school aged children (ages 3-5) that focuses on early gymnastics skills. Classes include warm-ups with basic stretches, locomotor skills, forward rolls, handstands, balance beam skills, swinging on the bars, jumping on the bug board and an introduction to dance.
Parents of first time participants may need to join the class. Otherwise, we ask that parents remain in the hallway during class.
Parents are invited to observe the final class of each session.
Boys & Girls in grades K-5
This nationally accredited program involves four levels of skill development classes. Students in grades K-5 enter in the Rollers class and progress through Swingers, Kippers and Flyers. Each level includes skill development on the floor, uneven bars, balance beam and vault. Each of these levels also includes five program components: skills, safety education, gymnastics foundation, execution keys and values education.
